A Million Songs #000024
$100 Bill – Buddy Guy

Originally recorded in 1963, this song wasn’t released in the US until 1992’s “Complete Chess Studio Recordings”. While it owes a bit of inspiration to Barrett Strong’s “Money”, (which he also covered elsewhere), he definitely built it up into an original song. (Along with that magnificent guitar line).
